01About this policy

Titan Hell is a single-player tactical game. You do not need to create a Game account or give us your name, email address, phone number, or postal address to play. Game progress is stored on your device; the version covered by this policy does not provide account-based cloud saves or synchronization between devices.

The Game uses analytics to help us understand performance and gameplay. The data actually sent depends on the services enabled in your version, your device, and applicable consent choices. Offline play does not necessarily stop an analytics SDK from queuing events for transmission when a connection becomes available.

We do not include advertising SDKs or display third-party advertisements. We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.

02Information we handle

Local game data

The Game stores progress, mission results, owned units and equipment, in-game resources, settings, and purchase-delivery records in its application storage. Local storage is used to continue your game and avoid granting the same purchase twice. Analytics events about progress are separate from a complete save file and do not provide a backup or restore service.

Analytics and technical data

Google Analytics for Firebase, AppMetrica, and our own analytics infrastructure, where enabled, may process:

• App version, platform, operating-system version, device model, language, region, and technical characteristics.
• App-instance, installation, session, or similar pseudonymous identifiers used to distinguish activity over time.
• IP addresses in connection with network requests and a general country or region inferred from them, subject to each provider’s handling of IP information.
• Sessions, screens and features used, mission starts and outcomes, progression, changes in virtual resources, and purchase-related events.
• Error, crash, and performance information when those diagnostic capabilities are enabled.

Depending on the SDK configuration and platform permissions, analytics services may also process device or advertising identifiers. The absence of advertisements does not mean that no identifiers are processed. These identifiers are not the same as an anonymous record, even when your real-world name is not attached.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed through the applicable app store using Unity In-App Purchasing. Product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, price and currency, and related technical information may be processed to validate and deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, and measure purchase activity. We do not receive your full payment-card number, bank details, or app-store password.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any diagnostics or attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

03How we use information

• Operate the Game, maintain local progress and settings, and deliver purchases.
• Understand gameplay, improve balance and usability, and identify technical problems.
• Understand installation sources, retention, and purchase performance where the relevant analytics features are enabled.
• Answer support and privacy requests, investigate purchase issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Keep the Website available and secure and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our grounds for processing depend on the activity: providing requested game or purchase functionality; our legitimate interests in security, responding to support, and maintaining reliable services; compliance with legal obligations; or consent for optional analytics and device access where required. We do not treat acceptance of this notice, or merely playing the Game, as consent to processing that legally requires a separate choice.

04Service providers

The following services support the Game or Website. A service is used only where included and enabled in the version or feature you access. Its processing is also subject to its own applicable privacy terms.

05Analytics and your choices

Where consent is legally required for optional analytics, identifiers, or access to information on your device, it must be obtained before that processing begins. Where a consent choice is offered, you can change it through the controls provided in your version of the Game or contact us to withdraw consent or object to processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Your operating system may provide controls for tracking permissions and advertising identifiers. Limiting an advertising identifier does not necessarily disable all analytics or remove data already processed. On Apple devices, tracking across other companies’ apps and websites is subject to the applicable platform permission requirements.

To ask about analytics, request deletion, or exercise a choice that is not available in your version’s interface, email playoteka@gmail.com. We will explain what information is needed to locate a relevant record; please do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested.

06Sharing information

Information is shared with the services described above as needed for their functions. Some providers process information on our behalf; app stores and providers acting for their own stated purposes may act independently. We do not sell personal information for money.

We may also disclose necessary information to comply with law or a valid legal request, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights, or obtain professional advice subject to confidentiality. If the Game or its business is transferred, relevant records may be transferred with appropriate notice and safeguards required by law.

07Retention and deletion

• Local progress and settings: remain in your device’s application storage until removed through the Game or operating system. Uninstalling or clearing app data can permanently remove progress and locally recorded purchases. Device or platform backups, if enabled, are governed by your platform settings.
• Analytics and diagnostics: kept for the period needed for the stated measurement or troubleshooting purpose, taking account of service configuration, provider retention controls, and deletion requests. Reports that no longer identify a person may be kept longer.
• Support correspondence: kept as needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary records, and handle related disputes or legal obligations.
• Transaction records: may be retained by us, Unity, or the applicable store where needed for delivery, fraud prevention, refunds, accounting, or legal requirements.

Deleting the Game does not automatically delete records already held by us, an analytics provider, or an app store. Contact us to request deletion of information we control. We will coordinate with processors where appropriate and explain any legally required retention. We may be unable to connect a request to a pseudonymous analytics record without the relevant identifier.

08International processing

Our providers use infrastructure in more than one country. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other locations used by Google, Unity, Cloudflare, or the applicable app store. AppMetrica’s provider may process information in Russia, as described in its privacy terms. Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, the relevant transfer must be covered by an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses. Provider notices and data-processing terms describe their arrangements. You may contact us for information about safeguards applicable to information we control.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; or opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to playoteka@gmail.com, mentioning Titan Hell and the action you are requesting. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request or locate relevant records. We respond within the time required by applicable law, explain limitations where they apply, and do not penalize you for exercising a privacy right.

There is no Titan Hell account to delete in the version covered by this policy. You can remove local progress through your device’s app-storage controls. For data held by an app store as an independent provider, its own request process may also be needed.

10Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances that require parental consent without obtaining the required consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us at playoteka@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to stop the relevant processing and delete information where required. Where local law sets a higher age for a child to consent to a particular online processing activity, that higher threshold and any applicable parental-consent requirement still apply.

11Security

We use measures appropriate to the information and service, including HTTPS for this Website and access controls for systems we operate. No system can guarantee absolute security. Local save files are not a substitute for a backup, and this policy does not promise encrypted cloud storage or recovery of deleted progress.

12Website and external links

This policy page does not embed advertising, analytics scripts, external fonts, or social-media widgets. Hosting and security infrastructure still processes network requests, and Cloudflare may use essential security technologies where needed. Your browser’s controls govern cookies and local website data.

Links to stores, provider privacy notices, or other external services take you to sites we do not operate. Opening those links may share ordinary request information with the destination. Their own privacy policies apply.

13Updates and contact

We update this notice when the Game’s features, service providers, or information practices change. The latest version will remain at this address with an updated date. For material changes, we provide additional notice or request consent where required. Adding accounts, cloud saves, or advertising would require an appropriate update before the new processing begins.
